- Dillip Sethi You are right Sir, they are still vulnerable & even lacking the basic needs of life. As per my experience as a Social Worker may i say it that these people really can find the way & explore all the opprtunities to live a better life. The exploration & effort is necessary. Such a growth will not harm anyone like the growth of mine in Talcher....
