    Sudarshan Chhotray You are right Pramod..all it need is a total change from top to bottom..ODIA is yet to be practised as official language..signboards to be rewritten..Govt notifications/circulars/tenders should be issued in ODIA.there need a total campaign.any one can feel the taste of language priorites in South,West in Bengal..
