Sudarshan ChhotrayIT seems, GoO is in hurry to finalise the 1700 CRORERS ,ORISSA CLIMATE CHANGE ACTION PLAN to get approval/sanction of the Union Govt. They didn't bother to invite/accomodate/incorporate Civil Society rsponses ,though Focus Orissa Forum on Climate Change along with others submitted a 24 page Civil Society Response to t...hen CS ON 24th June; containig major suggesstions in all identified 11 sectors drafted by experts.
